Job summary

Sam Houston State University is seeking a visionary Vice President for Enrollment Management to lead the university’s enrollment strategies and oversee Admissions, Enrollment Services, and related operations. • Terminal degree or Master’s in a relevant field.
• Proven administrative leadership at a senior educational institution.
• Knowledge of Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board; Banner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and fiscal oversight for Strategic Enrollment Initiatives, Recruitment & Admissions, and Enrollment Services.
• Oversee enrollment for undergraduate, graduate, and professional students and manage ERP Banner for admissions, aid, registration, and receivables.
• Lead marketing, recruiting, and communications efforts for enrollment and use data to steer future strategies.
• Collaborate with academic affairs, IT, advancement, student affairs, finance, and athletics to align enrollment initiatives with university goals.
• Supervise personnel and budget for enrollment-related departments and develop policies as needed.
