Job summary

South Texas College is seeking an Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management to provide strategic and operational leadership for the enrollment pipeline across the service area, focusing on first-time-in-college, transfer, returning, adult, and continuing students.

You will lead integration of recruitment, enrollment services, and systems into a data-informed model, drive targeted outreach, timely follow-up, and removal of barriers to enrollment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible management experience in higher education administration with enrollment focus.
• Experience designing large-scale enrollment models with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the enrollment funnel across application, engagement, conversion and registration.
• Develop strategies to improve enrollment and yield across priority student populations.
• Oversee enrollment and re-engagement models and programs to increase access and re-enrollment.
• Align recruitment, enrollment services, and systems for a unified student-centered experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support targeted campaigns with measurable conversion outcomes.
