Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Senior Director to build and lead the Lab that turns frontier AI research into real-world AI security systems. You will guide engineering managers, principal engineers and researchers to deliver scalable AI solutions on the Falcon sensor and cloud platforms.

You will shape strategy, hire exceptional leaders, drive OKRs, and ensure fast, secure deployment of AI capabilities while maintaining high reliability and performance across environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive industry experience in software engineering, machine learning or security.
• Experience building AI and security systems in production.
• Proven leadership of teams across multiple domains.
• Strong command of large language models and agentic architectures.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a world-class organization.
• Define multi-year technical strategy for the Lab’s AI security systems, set OKRs and budget.
• Deliver frontier AI on the endpoint and in the cloud.
• Lead the streaming detection, inference and agent platforms over trillions of events.
• Represent CrowdStrike externally.
