CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Director to build and lead AI security systems that turn frontier research into real-world protections on the Falcon sensor and cloud platforms. You will shape strategy, hire leaders, and own delivery of high-impact AI defenses.

Lead multiple teams across engineering and research, set OKRs, and ensure trustworthy, scalable deployments while communicating strategy to executives and external partners.

Formación

• 15 years of progressive industry experience in software engineering, machine learning or security engineering.
• 8 years managing engineering or applied research teams and 4 years leading managers.
• Concrete experience building AI and security systems in production.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a multi-team organization of engineering managers, engineers and researchers.
• Define multi-year technical strategy and OKRs for AI security systems.
• Deliver frontier AI on endpoint and cloud scales with latency and cost controls.
• Turn research into capability on the Falcon platform with safe handoffs.
