Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Director to build and lead the Lab’s AI security systems group. You will guide teams of engineers and researchers turning frontier models and autonomous agents into production-ready capabilities on Falcon and cloud platforms.

You’ll set technical strategy, hire leaders, and ensure deliveries meet latency, reliability and cost targets while aligning with corporate goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading architecture, delivery and operation of AI/security systems in production.
• Proven ability to build and scale teams of engineers and researchers.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a world-class engineering and research organization.
• Define multi-year strategy and roadmap for AI security systems.
• Deliver frontier AI on endpoint with low latency and power budgets.
