You will guide engineers and scientists to scale frontier models and autonomous agents on both the Falcon sensor and cloud platforms, balancing latency, cost and reliability. Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive industry experience in software engineering, machine learning or security engineering
• 8+ years managing engineering or applied research teams and 4+ years leading managers
• Concrete experience building AI and security systems in production
• Strong executive communication and ability to align multiple orgs

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a world-class organization.
• Own the strategy and roadmap for Lab's AI security systems.
• Deliver frontier AI on the endpoint with latency/memory constraints.
• Deliver AI at cloud scale with scalable pipelines and cost control.
• Take autonomous defense to production with agentic systems.
• Turn research into capability and move results into production fleets.
• Set the bar for trust, evaluation, and security benchmarks.
• Lead cross-function collaboration across CrowdStrike.
• Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and opportunities to senior executives.
• Represent CrowdStrike externally through collaborations and talks.
