The role collaborates with product, marketing, operations, engineering, and finance to achieve objectives and deliver profitable growth.

Qualifications

Progressive B2B technology or hardware sales experience.
Experience managing $100M+ annual revenue.
Experience leading regional or national sales organizations.
Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall sales and business development strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, market share, and long-term growth objectives.
Develop mid- to long-term business plans based on market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and industry developments to expand market presence and drive sustainable growth.
Lead channel and partner programs to drive revenue, enable partners, and expand market coverage.
