Job summary

Brother International Corporation seeks a Senior Director, Sales & Business Development for Brother Mobile Solutions. You will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and lead a large sales and business development team across direct, channel, and strategic accounts.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and finance to achieve aggressive objectives, manage a multi‑vertical focus, and foster a high‑performing, customer‑centric culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive B2B technology or hardware sales.
• Experience leading national sales organizations; CRM experience.
• Strong executive presence and ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth.
• Lead a national sales organization with accountability for revenue, profitability, and market expansion.
• Build executive relationships with enterprise and public sector customers; oversee strategic accounts.
• Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to align strategy and GTM plans.
• Manage annual sales budget, forecasts, and CRM discipline; drive pipeline and performance reviews.
