CVS Health is seeking a National Accounts Lead Director, Clinical Program Consultant (CPC) to serve as a strategic partner who reviews clinical data, evaluates program effectiveness and identifies cost drivers within customer populations. This remote/hybrid role supports Eastern United States clients and partners with field sales and service teams to optimize clinical and financial outcomes.

Qualificações

• 7+ years experience in healthcare industry, well-being, healthcare consulting, client reporting and analytics, clinical operations and business management.
• Minimum 7+ years of diverse clinical and well-being experience.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across teams.
• Prior experience managing and/or leading teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of approximately 7-8 Clinical Program Consultants.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of the customer-facing work of the CPCs.
• Set priorities for work and align resources to Field partners and customers.
• Collaborate with Field leaders to support retention and growth objectives.
• Coach and develop team members to maximize potential.
• Engage with customers in a strategic advisory role as needed.
• Collaborate with Aetna National Accounts to identify customers who may benefit from clinical programs.
• Evaluate medical, pharmacy, behavioral health, and disability trend drivers and propose programs to manage these trends.
• Consult with clients on trends and tailor cost-management strategies.
