Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a National Accounts Lead Director, Clinical Program Consultant (CPC) to partner with field teams and senior stakeholders. You will review clinical data, assess program effectiveness, identify cost drivers, and recommend actions to improve health outcomes for customer populations.

In this leadership role, you will supervise a team of Clinical Program Consultants, set priorities, coach staff, and collaborate with Aetna account teams to tailor cost‑management strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in healthcare industry, well-being, healthcare consulting, client reporting and analytics, clinical operations and business management.
• Minimum 7+ years of diverse clinical and well-being experience.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across teams.
• Prior experience managing and/or leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 7-8 Clinical Program Consultants.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of the customer-facing work that the team provides.
• Set priorities for that work, ensuring resources align with Field partners' needs.
• Collaborate with Field leaders to support retention and growth objectives.
• Provide coaching and development to maximize team potential.
• Engage with customers in a strategic advisory role when needed.
• Collaborate with Aetna National Accounts Field Sales and Service to identify benefits from clinical programs.
• Evaluate medical, pharmacy, behavioral health, and disability trend drivers and propose improvements.
• Consult with clients on trends and tailor cost management strategies.
• Aim to maximize clinical and financial outcomes from recommended programs.
• Identify and address program gaps for customers using Aetna programs.
• Manage changing projects and priorities with market dynamics in mind.
• Serve as a key clinical program resource to all Aetna National Accounts.
• Evaluate performance via timely feedback to ensure exceptional service and engagement.
