CVS Health is seeking a National Accounts Lead Director, Clinical Program Consultant to act as a strategic partner reviewing clinical data and trends. You will guide a team of Clinical Program Consultants and collaborate with field leaders to optimize program effectiveness and cost management across customer populations.

Responsibilities include leading a team, setting priorities, coaching, and advising clients on clinical programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in healthcare industry, well-being, healthcare consulting, client reporting and analytics.
• Minimum 7+ years of diverse clinical and well-being experience.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across teams.
• Prior experience managing and/or leading teams.

Responsibilities

• The Lead Director will lead a team of approximately 7-8 Clinical Program Consultants.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of the customer-facing work the team provides.
• Set priorities for work, aligning resources to Field partners and customers.
• Collaborate with Field leaders to support retention and growth objectives.
• Provide coaching and development to maximize team potential.
• Engage with customers in a strategic advisory role as needed.
• Collaborate with Aetna Field Sales and Service staff to identify clients benefitting from programs.
• Evaluate medical, pharmacy, behavioral health, and disability trends and propose programs.
• Advise clients on cost management strategies based on trends.
• Ensure best-in-class clinical management and close program gaps.
• Manage multiple projects with changing priorities throughout the year.
