CVS Health is seeking a National Accounts Lead Director, Clinical Program Consultant to oversee a team of Clinical Program Consultants and partner with field sales to optimize clinical programs and manage costs for large customer populations.

In this role you will analyze clinical data, provide strategic recommendations, coach a team, and engage with medical directors to improve health outcomes while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare industry experience in analytics, operations, and consulting.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across teams.
• Experience managing and leading teams.
• RN or LCSW license (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of approximately 7-8 Clinical Program Consultants.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of the customer-facing work that the CPCs provide.
• Set priorities for that work, ensuring resources align with field partners' needs.
• Collaborate with Field leaders to support retention and growth objectives.
• Provide coaching and development to maximize team potential.
• Occasionally engage with customers in a strategic advisory role.
