Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a National Accounts Lead Director, Clinical Program Consultant to guide a team of Clinical Program Consultants in evaluating clinical data, identifying cost drivers, and advising on programs that improve population health and cost management.

You will partner with account teams to optimize ROI and work across medical, pharmacy, behavioral health, and disability programs, delivering measurable clinical and financial outcomes for customer populations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in healthcare industry, well-being, healthcare consulting, client reporting and analytics, clinical operations and business management.
• Minimum 7+ years of diverse clinical and well-being experience.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across teams.
• Prior experience managing and/or leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 7-8 Clinical Program Consultants.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of the customer-facing work.
• Set priorities for the work and align resources.
• Collaborate with Field leaders to support retention and growth objectives.
• Provide coaching and development to team members.
• Work with customers in a strategic advisory role as needed.
• Collaborate with Aetna account teams to identify customers for clinical programs.
• Evaluate medical, pharmacy, behavioral health, and disability trend drivers.
• Consult with clients on employee trends to tailor cost management strategies.
• Maximize clinical and financial outcomes for customers.
