CVS Health is seeking a National Accounts Lead Director, Clinical Program Consultant (CPC) to partner with field teams to optimize clinical programs and manage costs for large employer accounts across the Eastern United States. You will guide a team of CPCs, review clinical data, and advise on cost-effective strategies.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years experience in healthcare industry, well-being, healthcare consulting, client reporting and analytics, clinical operations and business management.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across teams.
• Prior experience managing and/or leading teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of 7–8 Clinical Program Consultants and oversee daily client-facing work.
• Set priorities and align resources to Field partners and customers.
• Coach and develop team members to maximize potential.
• Provide strategic advisory support to customers as needed.
• Collaborate with Aetna National Accounts to identify clients benefiting from clinical programs.
• Analyze medical, pharmacy, behavioral health, and disability trends and propose improvements.
• Consult with clients on trends and tailor cost-management strategies.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional services and engage and develop the team.
