Job summary

Miskiri Hospitality Group seeks a Director of Operations to oversee strategic planning, financial health, and day-to-day operations across all restaurant locations. This role leads senior management, enforces brand standards, and drives long-term profitability while maintaining strict cost controls and regulatory compliance.

The DO will ensure consistent SOP execution, coach GMs and Executive Chefs, and coordinate with maintenance and marketing teams to optimize guest experience and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience (Area Manager, District Manager, or DO).
• Advanced understanding of restaurant financial metrics, budgeting, and cost-accounting software.
• Proven track record of managing, coaching, and developing remote management teams.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently between restaurant locations (up to 50–75% of the time).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred; equivalent executive-level experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning, financial health, and day-to-day operations of all locations.
• Lead senior management, enforce brand standards, and drive long-term profitability.
• Ensure SOPs, recipe specs, and service protocols are consistently executed.
• Enforce local health codes, ABC regulations, labor laws, and safety standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction scores to implement improvements.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to keep facilities in pristine condition.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor GMs and Executive Chefs; conduct quarterly reviews.
