Job summary

Miskiri Hospitality Group seeks a Director of Operations to oversee strategic planning, financial health, and day-to-day operations across all restaurant locations. You will lead senior management, enforce brand standards, and drive profitability while maintaining cost controls and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership, strong financial acumen, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Advanced understanding of restaurant financial metrics and budgeting.
• Leads remote management teams and senior staff.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Travel up to 50–75% between locations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; executive-level experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze profit and loss statements across all locations.
• Establish annual operating budgets, revenue targets, and capex plans.
• Implement strict prime-cost controls across food, beverage, labor, and waste.
• Negotiate high-level vendor contracts for favorable terms.
• Ensure SOPs, recipe specs, and service protocols are consistently applied.
• Enforce health, safety, and labor compliance.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop GMs and Executive Chefs.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive improvements.
• Plan site expansions and coordinate marketing promotions.
