The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with a track record of leading multi-unit restaurant operations, developing senior teams, and improving financial performance through strong P&L management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive restaurant operations leadership experience.
• Proven multi-unit or regional operations experience.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, labor management and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations across the region, ensuring consistent execution of operational and brand standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and senior restaurant leadership teams.
• Drive financial performance through P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost control.
• Conduct regular site visits and operational reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve efficiency, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
• Partner with Culinary, People & Culture, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and other corporate departments to achieve business objectives.
• Support leadership recruitment, succession planning, talent development, and retention.
• Lead the implementation of company initiatives, operational procedures, and business strategies; support new openings, restaurant projects, major events, and regional priorities.

• Oversee restaurant operations across the region, ensuring consistent execution of operational and brand standards
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and senior restaurant leadership teams
• Drive financial performance through P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost control
• Conduct regular site visits and operational reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve efficiency, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance

Candidate Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive restaurant operations leadership experience within premium, upscale, or luxury hospitality
• Proven multi‑unit or regional operations experience
• Demonstrated success leading and developing General Managers and senior leadership teams
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost control
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on operational support
• Strong business judgment and the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region and work a flexible schedule as business needs require
