CVS Health is building a world of health through a Lead Director of Cloud and Platform Engineering. This leader shapes the multi-cloud strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure, guiding architecture, automation, and platform modernization at enterprise scale.

You will partner across DevOps/Operations, SRE, Security, and Enterprise Architecture to deliver reliable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud capabilities while developing talent and engineering standards.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
10+ years in cloud infrastructure or platform engineering.
5+ years in technology leadership or architecture leadership.
7+ years hands-on experience with GCP/AWS/Azure.
5+ years with Terraform, IaC, CI/CD and reusable patterns.
5+ years partnering with DevOps/Production SRE teams.

Mansioni

Own multi-cloud strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
Translate priorities into sequenced engineering initiatives and balance modernization with delivery.
Provide executive visibility into roadmap progress, platform adoption, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Lead architecture, engineering, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise cloud platforms.
Develop automation, IaC, self-service capabilities, and reusable engineering patterns.
Partner with DevOps/Operations and Production SRE for reliable production operation.
Establish SLOs/SLIs and production-readiness standards; drive continuous improvement.
