CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Cloud and Platform Engineering to shape the multi-cloud strategy across GCP, AWS, and Azure. You will lead architecture, platform engineering, and SRE partnerships, delivering scalable, secure, and cost-conscious cloud capabilities for Health100 and PCW.

You will guide senior technology leaders, establish standards, and drive modernization while ensuring dependable delivery and measurable outcomes across teams and partners.

Competenze

• 10+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of technology leadership, engineering management, or architecture leadership.
• 7+ years in at least one major public cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• 5+ years with Terraform, IaC, CI/CD and reusable patterns.
• Experience partnering with DevOps/Operations and Production SRE teams.

• Own the multi-cloud platform engineering strategy and roadmap for Health100 and PCW across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Translate business priorities into sequenced engineering initiatives, balancing delivery with modernization.
• Establish measurable outcomes and provide executive visibility into roadmap progress and costs.
• Lead architecture, engineering, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise cloud platforms.
• Develop self-service platform capabilities and automated validation to accelerate delivery.
