Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years in commercial vehicle parts/service or related industry.
• SAP experience is preferred; strong Excel skills are required or highly beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to influence and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Develop a 5-year strategic roadmap for Mobile Service.
• Propose and obtain approval of field organizational structure and timelines.
• Collaborate with Accounting/SAP to track KPI performance and financials.
• Lead the creation of a centralized Mobile Service contact center.
• Implement scheduling to optimize assets and personnel utilization.
• Recruit and develop Mobile Tech workforce to grow service coverage.
• Standardize asset deployment to maximize utilization and minimize cost.
• Identify potential acquisitions and lead integration efforts.
• Provide leadership to RGM and field teams to ensure execution and financial results.
