Bobbie, a leading infant formula company, seeks a Senior Director, Mass to own relationships with Walmart and Target and to scale distribution nationwide. You will drive P&L, trade planning, and category leadership while managing a small team and reporting to the Chief Growth Officer.

Formación

• 10+ years in CPG sales with Walmart/Target exposure or equivalent.
• Proven ability to own forecasting, JBP, trade planning and execution end-to-end.
• Strong leadership across sales and operations functions.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Mass P&L for Walmart and Target.
• Lead Walmart/Target relationships from strategy to daily execution.
• Own JBP, category reviews, and modular/reset planning.
• Forecast and demand planning with Supply Chain alignment.
• Manage trade investment and ROI across Mass.
• Lead retail media strategy with Walmart Connect and Roundel.
• Guide a small cross-functional team and align with executives.
