Qualifications
- 15+ years of client relationship development and end-to-end solution delivery leadership.
- 5+ years in Life Sciences, in R&D, Clinical Development or Commercial.
- Understanding Biotech/Pharma trends, Digital Transformation, Agile/DevOps, Big Data.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex engagements under pressure.
- Strong leadership and staff development ability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee revenue, profitability, contracts, pricing and forecasting for client portfolios.
- Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor across EPAM teams.
- Develop account strategies and delivery approaches aligned with business goals.
- Engage senior stakeholders and drive ongoing improvement ideas.
- Identify opportunities for new business and leading contract opportunities.
- Lead transition from sales to delivery with proper scoping and pricing.
