Job summary

Boundless Learning is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning Design to lead the Learning Design Services (LDS) and deliver high-quality, scalable learning solutions for higher education and corporate clients. You will guide a team, establish design standards, and oversee capacity, quality, and budgets while aligning with partner needs.

You will shape strategies, curricula, and development plans, while driving innovation and learner-centered practices across projects and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, curriculum, or related field.
• 7+ years in learning design, instructional design, or related field.
• 3+ years leading and developing learning design teams.
• Deep expertise in learning design, curriculum development, and adult learning.
• Experience working with clients, institutions, or external partners.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and authoring tools; AI-enabled tools preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead LDS and set priorities, standards, and expectations for the function.
• Coach and develop Lead Learning Designers and Learning Designers.
• Oversee capacity, delivery, and resource allocation across initiatives.
• Translate needs into effective learning strategies and development plans.
• Partner with internal teams to shape proposals, RFPs, and launches.
• Drive innovation, including AI to improve quality and efficiency.
