Job summary

LPA, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to build and lead the firm’s Learning & Development function, shaping experiences that grow people and meet evolving practice needs.

You’ll design programs, collaborate with leaders and SMEs, and translate learning into practical experiences. The role emphasizes curiosity, creativity, and a culture of continuous learning across disciplines and locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development or related fields with leadership experience.
• Experience leading learning initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Experience building learning programs and processes within an organization.
• Experience designing programs for diverse audiences and levels.
• Experience implementing or managing a learning management system; Absorb preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of LPA’s learning programs aligned with priorities.
• Partner with leaders to identify needs, outcomes, and learning solutions.
• Build structured learning journeys and facilitator resources for diverse audiences.
• Design and implement leadership and manager development programs and tools.
• Oversee the learning infrastructure and collaboration with HR and Talent Acquisition.
