Job summary

Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks a strategic leader to guide a team of Strategic Client Managers and Senior Client Managers responsible for the Large Group portfolio within GHB. You will drive renewal strategies, executive relationships, and cross-functional collaborations across matrix partners to deliver growth and exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in account management or benefit consulting with large, complex client relationships.
• 5+ years of employee benefit experience.
• Prior management/supervisory experience with coaching responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of global health benefits and multinational clients preferred.
• Exceptional relationship and account management skills with senior stakeholders; strong negotiation & renewal capabilities.
• Ability to partner with internal and external resources to achieve objectives.
• Demonstrated consultative client management methodologies.
• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment and be resilient.
• Willingness to travel to visit clients and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages a team of Strategic Client Managers and Senior Client Managers for GHB's largest clients.
• Drives portfolio management and renewal execution across experience-rated Large Group accounts.
• Leads hiring, coaching and development of client management professionals.
• Manages senior client and broker relationships with executives via business reviews and renewal negotiations.
• Builds internal partnerships to deliver multinational benefit solutions and high-quality client experience.
• Translates goals into team objectives and disciplined multi-year account planning.
• Handles escalations with executive communication and timely service recovery.
• Supports business planning for portfolio performance, renewal priorities and growth opportunities.
• Acts as a senior voice for Large Group needs across GHB and partnerships within Cigna Enterprise.
