The Cigna Group is seeking a strategic leader to head the Global Health Benefits Large Group Client Management team. You will guide Senior Client Managers in delivering tailored, proactive strategies for the largest multinational accounts across the Americas and ensure high client satisfaction and growth.

Responsibilities include renewals, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with Underwriting, Finance, Sales, and other internal partners. Travel may be required as needed.

Formación

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Exceptional relationship and account management skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and brokers.
• Strategic thinking with portfolio-management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Directly manages a team of Strategic Client Managers and Senior Client Managers.
• Accountable for portfolio performance across Large Group clients including persistency and revenue.
• Develop multi-year client-specific strategies and renewal approaches.
• Partner with Underwriting, Finance and Sales on renewal pricing and risk management.
• Lead executive relationships with senior client and broker stakeholders.
• Foster internal matrix collaborations to support multinational client needs.
• Coach and develop team leaders; ensure execution of strategic priorities.
• Provide leadership in market-facing roles for key Large Group accounts.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in related field

MBA (preferred)
