The Cigna Group is seeking a Strategic Client Manager to oversee operational performance, strategy, and execution for National Account clients of Cigna Global Healthcare. You will lead renewals, upsell, and consult with clients and brokers to deliver global benefits solutions.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of client management experience, licensure in Life, Accident and Health, and strong communication, negotiation, and EQ skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 8+ years of client support/management experience preferred.
• State Life, Accident and Health licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day support for high-profile clients and brokers as a trusted advisor.
• Renewals management and growth opportunities within existing book of business.
• Provide proactive information/recommendations to clients and brokers on an ongoing basis.
