Job summary

Cigna Healthcare in the Americas seeks a senior leader to direct a team of Strategic Client Managers and Senior Client Managers for the Large Group portfolio. You will guide retention, growth and client experience across complex multinational accounts, working with senior client stakeholders, brokers and matrix partners.

Reporting to the Vice President of Client Management - Large Group Segment for GHB, you will shape multi-year plans, build executive relationships and drive cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in account management or benefit consulting with large client relationships.
• Experience in employee benefits and global/ multinational client needs.
• Proven leadership, coaching and strategic thinking in matrix environments.
• Strong negotiation, renewal and escalation-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages a team of Strategic Client Managers and Senior Client Managers for GHB's Large Group portfolio.
• Drives portfolio management, renewal execution and retention strategies.
• Develops client strategies, strengthens executive relationships with senior stakeholders and brokers.
• Partners with internal teams to address complex multinational benefit needs and drive growth.
• Translates goals into team objectives and operating rhythms with multi-year planning.
• Leads escalations, ensures timely resolution and maintains client experience.
• Supports business planning for Large Group segment and enterprise initiatives.
• Represents Large Group client and marketplace needs across GHB and enterprise partners.
