Job summary

Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is seeking a strategic leader to direct a team of Client Managers accountable for achieving financial, retention, growth and client experience objectives across the CORE East portfolio for GHB within the Americas. The role reports to the Vice President of Client Management – CORE Segment.

You will develop proactive, consultative client strategies for a portfolio of complex, multination client relationships, build senior-level broker partnerships,

Qualifications

• Experience leading client-management teams for complex, multinational accounts.
• Strong ability to influence senior client and broker stakeholders.
• Proven track record in renewal management and growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages Client Managers; accountable for CORE East portfolio performance.
• Develops proactive client strategies; builds executive client and broker relationships.
• Leads talent development, coaching, and succession planning within the team.
• Partners with Sales, Underwriting, Finance and Operations to achieve objectives.
• Addresses escalations with clear ownership and effective service recovery.
