Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director of Integrated Solutions Execution & Offerings to lead a team responsible for solution architecture, proposal development, and project delivery in bioprocessing.

You will develop organizational capabilities, manage complex customer projects, and forge strategic partnerships with engineering firms and suppliers. This role requires extensive leadership and broad bioprocessing experience, GMP manufacturing, and global project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• over 10 years of industry experience, including substantial process engineering, GMP manufacturing, and global project execution.
• minimum 7 years leading complex bioprocess or engineered-system projects from pre-sale to completion.
• 5+ years in leadership, talent development, and organizational capacity building.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional solution design and architecture.
• Manage proposal and project execution teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Align internal and external stakeholders for project success.
• Develop and mentor talent; strengthen portfolio management.
• Represent the company at industry events and build strategic partnerships with engineering firms and suppliers.
