You will oversee brand insights, forecasting, and market access analytics, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure data-driven decisions across the portfolio, with a focus on oncology and cell therapy.

Qualifications

• Doctorate and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Master’s and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s and 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, consulting, or related industries.
• Significant experience leading commercial insights, analytics, forecasting, market research, or market access functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US Integrated Insights function across brand, portfolio, and market access stakeholders.
• Drive development of integrated market narratives that synthesize market research, analytics, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and organizational insights.
• Serve as the primary insights business partner for US Marketing and Market Access leadership.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment around key business questions, strategic priorities, and commercial implications.
