Kite Pharma is seeking a Senior Medical Director to provide strategic and scientific leadership for oncology development programs from early development through registration planning. Qualifications

• MD/DO with 6+ years of clinical, scientific and/or drug development experience.
• Substantial experience in biopharmaceutical clinical development.
• Experience leading oncology drug development programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical development strategy for oncology programs from IND through registrational milestones.
• Provide clinical oversight and medical monitoring across studies ensuring safety and data integrity.
• Lead cross-functional teams in study design, execution and regulatory interactions.
• Author protocols, regulatory documents, and study reports.
• Mentor junior physicians and contribute to portfolio strategy.
