Qualifikationen

• Advanced scientific degree in a related field and 8+ years experience OR Master’s degree with 10+ years experience OR Bachelor’s with 12+ years experience.
• Proven ability to translate clinical/economic data into payer value stories.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive level materials.

• Lead portfolio-level payer and value marketing strategy across US CAR T and future therapies.
• Develop payer-facing resources, value narratives, and budget impact tools.
• Partner with Legal, Regulatory, HEOR, Medical, Brand, Pricing & Contracting, and Field teams.
