Kite Pharma, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Sales Analytics and Operations to drive data-driven sales planning and performance improvements across US geographies. The role combines strategic analytics with hands-on execution to optimize field effectiveness and reporting.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Data teams to develop insights, define metrics, and deliver timely analyses. A senior, hands-on leader comfortable with diverse data and tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education plus 10+ years of relevant industry experience, or higher degrees with years as per ad.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical/biotech Commercial Operations and Analytics preferred.
• Strong data quality, and ability to handle large, imperfect datasets.
• Proven ability to extract insights and present to senior leaders.
• Hands-on with data analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead field force KPI development and dashboards for geographies.
• Analyze sales performance and identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop analyses for business opportunities.
• Execute analytics projects on field targeting, call planning, sizing, and account planning.
• Lead territory optimization and realignments to balance workload.
• Drive adoption of reports, training users, and AI initiatives to improve efficiency.
