Job summary

Kite Pharma is seeking a Director of Payer & Value Marketing to shape payer and value strategy across the US CAR T portfolio. You will oversee payer-facing resources, collaborate with Legal/Regulatory/HEOR, and drive evidence-based materials that support access and reimbursement.

The role requires senior leadership, deep market access expertise, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams across commercial, medical, and regulatory functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and ongoing refinement of Kite’s US payer and value marketing strategy across CAR T and future cell therapies.
• Define portfolio-level value communication priorities and ensure alignment with US Market Access, Brand, HEOR, Medical, and Commercial objectives.
• Partner with training teams to support field readiness and consistent pull-through of approved payer and value resources.
• Lead and develop direct reports responsible for payer and value marketing strategy and product-specific tactics.
