Responsibilities

• Lead field force KPI development and dashboards to enable pre-call planning and performance insights by geography.
• Analyze sales performance and field execution data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales leadership on analyses to better understand and target business opportunities in geographies.
• Conduct analytics projects on field force targeting, call planning, sales force sizing, and account planning.
• Work with brand teams to measure effectiveness of marketing tactics.
• Lead field force effectiveness initiatives with cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights and optimize performance.
• Lead territory optimization and realignment to balance workload and maximize opportunities.
• Generate on-time monthly and quarterly deliverables with rigorous data quality control.
• Lead field incentive compensation planning and operations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Global Data & Digital Innovation to align on scope and timeline.
• Lead user testing, training, and adoption of reports and dashboards.
• Recommend and drive AI initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
