Job summary

Kite Pharma in Santa Monica, CA, seeks a Senior Manager, Global Insights & Analytics to support commercialization efforts for CAR-T, inform lifecycle management, and guide product and disease area strategy.

You will lead market research and forecasting projects, collaborate cross-functionally with BD, Commercial, Marketing, R&D and Finance, and translate data into actionable insights driving business decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 6+ years relevant experience, or a Bachelor's with 8+ years.
• Alternative: High School with 12+ years in lieu of degrees.
• Experience in biotech/pharma forecasting and market research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting efforts using primary and secondary research.
• Design and manage market research studies with physicians, patients, payers.
• Coordinate cross-functional input for project scope and execution.
• Provide insights to guide product and disease area strategy.
