Job summary

Accendra Health seeks a Director of Indirect Procurement & Category Management to lead enterprise-wide sourcing strategies and governance across indirect spend categories. You will partner with executive teams to drive value, risk management, and regulatory compliance while building a high-performance procurement organization.

The role requires building category roadmaps, optimizing TCO, and delivering measurable cost reductions through supplier alignment and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive procurement, sourcing, category management, supply chain, or related leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading procurement, sourcing, or category management teams.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide indirect spend programs within healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, distribution, or similarly regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year indirect procurement and category management strategy.
• Translate priorities into category roadmaps, sourcing plans, and supplier strategies.
• Lead procurement planning to optimize total cost of ownership and supplier performance.
• Establish governance, policies, and dashboards across the enterprise.
