Accendra Health seeks a Director-level leader to drive enterprise-wide indirect procurement and category management. You will shape strategy, governance, and supplier relationships across healthcare spend categories, ensuring value, compliance, and risk management.

This is a senior, cross-functional role partnering with Finance, IT, Legal, and Operations. You will lead a team of procurement professionals, develop strategic roadmaps, and collaborate with executive leaders to optimize total cost

Qualificações

• 10+ years progressive procurement, sourcing, category management, supply chain, or related leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading procurement, sourcing, or category management teams.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide indirect spend programs within healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, distribution, or similarly regulated industries.
• Demonstrated success delivering transformational procurement initiatives and enterprise value creation.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, contracting, supplier management, procurement technology, and financial analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a multi-year indirect procurement and category management strategy aligned with objectives, growth and financial targets.
• Translate priorities into category roadmaps, sourcing plans, supplier strategies, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead procurement planning to optimize total cost of ownership, service levels, supplier performance, and efficiency.
• Establish category governance, sourcing standards, and policies for consistency and accountability across the enterprise.
• Oversee strategic management of indirect spend categories and supplier portfolios.
• Guide development of category strategies informed by market intelligence, requirements, risk assessments, and priorities.
• Ensure category strategies deliver value through cost optimization, demand management, process efficiency, supplier innovation, and risk reduction.
