Accendra Health is seeking a Director of Indirect Procurement & Category Management to lead enterprise-wide sourcing, supplier governance, and value creation across indirect spend.

You will partner with executives across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Legal to align procurement strategy with growth, risk management, and financial objectives while developing a high-performing procurement team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in procurement, sourcing, or category management leadership.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead indirect procurement strategy and category management.
• Develop governance, KPIs, and supplier performance programs.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and Legal on sourcing initiatives.
• Coach and develop procurement teams; drive continuous improvement.
