Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Director of Indirect Procurement & Category Management to drive enterprise-wide indirect spend strategies, governance, and supplier performance. You will lead a team of procurement professionals and partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and Legal to align procurement with business goals.

The role focuses on developing category roadmaps, managing supplier relationships, and enabling value creation through cost optimization and risk management within a healthcare

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive procurement, sourcing, category management, supply chain, or related leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading procurement, sourcing, or category management teams.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide indirect spend programs within healthcare or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year indirect procurement and category management strategy.
• Translate priorities into category roadmaps, sourcing plans, and supplier strategies.
• Lead procurement planning to optimize total cost of ownership and supplier performance.
• Establish governance frameworks and policies for consistency and accountability across the enterprise.
