Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to lead financial planning and performance for the Couplings business across North America, with global scope.

You will partner with Operations, Commercial, Product Management, and Finance leaders to drive forecasting, analysis, and strategic decision-making, and oversee a small finance team.

The role requires 8+ years in accounting/finance, manufacturing experience, ERP and BI tool proficiency, and strong communication to influence outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, profitability analysis, cost accounting.
• Ability to influence decisions in a matrixed organization.
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a key finance partner to Senior Director, Finance - Couplings, providing financial analysis and business insight.
• Lead and develop a team of 2 direct finance reports while providing governance to site controllers across North America.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning and reporting processes.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Analyze business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and advise leadership.
• Serve as the primary finance partner to Operations, Commercial, Engineering, and Product Management leadership.
• Identify and lead financial evaluation of productivity initiatives, capital investments, and growth opportunities.
• Participate in SIOP process as the primary finance representative.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and drive improvements in financial reporting and processes.
