Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources to serve as the lead HR business partner for U.S. manufacturing operations across seven sites, supporting about 500 associates. The role provides strategic HR leadership to enable business growth and leadership capability.

As a trusted advisor to Operations leadership, you will influence decisions shaping the future workforce, drive organizational effectiveness, and lead culture initiatives with significant visibility and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex, multi-site manufacturing operations and partnering with senior Operations leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR business partner for U.S. manufacturing operations across seven sites.
• Partner with Operations leadership to develop workforce, talent, and succession strategies.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to site HR Managers.
• Coach leaders on performance management and organizational change.
• Lead organizational design, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives.
• Guide complex employee relations matters and ensure legal compliance.
• Use workforce analytics to drive decision-making and measure organizational health.
