Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the Couplings business. You will partner with Operations, Commercial, and Product Management to drive strategic initiatives and strengthen internal controls.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing finance, strong ERP and reporting skills, and the ability to influence in a matrixed organization. Hybrid work model with strong leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting business leaders through financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, balance sheet, profitability analysis, cost accounting, and operational finance.
• Ability to influence decisions and drive results within a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as a key finance partner to leadership across the Couplings business.
• Lead and develop a team of 2 direct finance reports and oversee site controllers in NA.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning and reporting processes.
• Maintain internal controls and compliance with GAAP and SOX.
• Analyze performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and advise leadership.
• Provide financial insight to Operations, Commercial, Engineering, and Product Management.
• Evaluate productivity initiatives, capital investments, and growth opportunities.
• Represent finance in the SIOP process and assess financial impacts.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and drive improvements in reporting and processes.
