Job summary

Dashiell, a leading provider of critical electrical infrastructure services, seeks a Director of Supply & Project Execution in Houston. You will translate the sales pipeline into a multi-year equipment demand view, align with Supply Chain to plan capacity, and lead front-end strategy for major projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience with high-voltage electrical equipment.
• Proposal, project management, and execution experience.
• Knowledge of GIS, power transformers, MV switchgear, protection and controls, and e-house integration.
• Senior-level relationships across major OEMs.
• Understanding EPC project schedules and procurement sequencing.
• Experience with high-voltage substation EPC execution.
• Proven leadership and executive-level customer relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Front-end supply chain strategy development with pre-construction teams.
• Develop standard pre-engineered equipment options for pricing and build.
• Build and maintain relationships with major OEM suppliers and negotiate agreements.
• Translate sales forecast into multi-year equipment demand and capacity planning.
• Participate in bid reviews and present supply chain strategy at risk reviews.
• Cover the supply chain and schedule role on pursuits lacking a dedicated PM/Director.
• Review backlog projects and define supply chain strategies per project.
• Contribute to modularization and e-house integration strategies.
