Job summary

Dallas College is seeking a Senior Director, HR People Analytics and Workforce Planning to lead enterprise analytics, forecasting, and workforce intelligence. You will transform complex HR and financial data into actionable insights to guide talent strategy, retention, compensation, and institutional priorities.

You will partner across HR, Finance, IT, and Institutional Research to ensure data integrity, scalable analytics, and responsible AI practices, while building a high-performing analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, or related).
• Five or more years in people analytics, workforce planning, or related field.
• Two+ years of leadership experience managing analytics professionals.
• Experience applying statistics, data visualization, and predictive modeling to workforce questions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise people analytics, workforce planning, and workforce intelligence strategy.
• Translate HR data into clear narratives and recommendations for executives and board.
• Own the analytics product roadmap and governance for Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting.
• Develop predictive analytics and workforce scenario models to assess attrition, hiring velocity, and skills gaps.
• Partner with Finance and HR to reconcile forecasts with budget planning.
• Ensure data governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices in HR analytics.
