Job summary
Walmart seeks a Senior Director, Data Analytics - Workforce Planning to advise senior leaders and translate complex workforce insights into practical actions. You will drive adoption of analytics and AI-enabled decision support across the Global People organization.
You will partner with stakeholders to embed workforce intelligence into core processes, delivering measurable business impact for 2.1 million associates worldwide.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and substantial experience in people analytics and workforce planning.
- Proven track record advising senior leaders and driving adoption of analytics or AI-enabled programs.
- Experience in large, complex orgs, ideally Fortune 100 in retail, supply chain, or tech.
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior People leaders and Centers of Excellence.
- Own enterprise adoption and value realization for Workforce Intelligence & Insights solutions.
- Build stakeholder understanding and adoption of workforce intelligence and AI-enabled decisions.
- Interface between business stakeholders and Workforce Intelligence & Insights teams; align priorities.
- Establish success measures tied to outcomes, adoption, decision quality, and impact.
- Embed workforce intelligence into key workforce decisions and workflows.
