Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking an experienced HR analytics leader to shape enterprise HR data strategy. You will manage data infrastructure (Workday, One Model, Power BI) and enable predictive insights that inform executives.

You will consolidate HR data, establish governance, and deliver real-time dashboards on headcount, attrition, and engagement. Collaboration with CHRO and senior leaders is essential to turn data into actionable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR data analysis, or people analytics with demonstrated impact on business decisions.
• Advanced expertise in Workday reporting and HRIS data structures.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools and scalable reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise HR data infrastructure including Workday and Power BI.
• Develop an AI-enabled HR data architecture with predictive insights, dashboards, and advanced reporting capabilities.
• Consolidate and standardize HR data to establish a single source of truth across systems.
• Develop and maintain data quality, governance, and metric definition frameworks.
• Lead continuous improvement of HR data systems, reporting structures, and analytic capabilities.
• Deliver insights to the CHRO and executive stakeholders with real-time dashboards.
