Job summary

Houston ISD seeks a Senior Executive Director of HR Data and Compensation Systems to lead the transformation of HR data, analytics, and compensation systems into an enterprise framework that supports high performance and data-informed decision-making across the district.

The role partners with HR, Information Technology, Finance, and Academic divisions to design scalable data ecosystems, automate workflows, and translate complex analytics into actionable insights that drive districtwide

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in HR systems, data analytics, or compensation strategy.
• At least 5 years in a senior executive, corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of HR technology, data infrastructure, and compensation strategy.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Academic divisions to design scalable HR data ecosystems.
• Automate critical workflows and transform analytics into clear, actionable insights.
• Drive districtwide performance and accountability through evidence-based human capital practices.
