Job summary

Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC in Dallas is seeking a People Analytics Specialist to serve as a strategic advisor to HR and business leadership, delivering workforce intelligence and data-driven insights to inform strategy and improve performance.

You will lead enterprise workforce planning, forecasting, and executive reporting, build dashboards, predictive models, and collaborate with senior leaders to address workforce risks and talent needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in workforce planning, people analytics, workforce strategy, business intelligence, or related analytical disciplines required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Visier, Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, or similar platforms.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with workforce forecasting, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling.
• Executive presence, strong consulting skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce analytics, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting.
• Analyze workforce trends including turnover, retention, hiring effectiveness, internal mobility, productivity, and talent pipeline metrics.
• Design and implement integrated workforce analytics solutions that connect workforce, operational, and/or financial data to understand and improve workforce outcomes.
• Build predictive models and workforce scenarios to support strategic decision-making.
• Establish key workforce metrics aligned with business goals.
• Lead optimization and adoption of workforce analytics platforms and reporting tools.
• Ensure workforce data accuracy, consistency, governance, and integrity.
